We will use any personal information you provide to The Old Mill through our contact form or newsletter sign up to send you periodic marketing that we aim to make relevant to your interests. You can request to stop receiving this marketing at anytime by getting in touch with the contact information below or opting out at the bottom of any of the emails your receive.
We will use any personal information you provide to The Old Mill via email, telephone or letter to enrol you on the events and courses you have requested, to complete payments for the events and courses you have requested and to send you periodic marketing that we aim to make relevant to your interests. You can request to stop receiving this marketing at anytime by getting in touch with the contact information below.
We use a third party email marketing service, Mailchimp, to gather and store personal information collected from signing up to our mailing list.
Our website uses Paypal to complete payments so please be aware we will be sharing your personal information with them to be able to process your online payments.
We will never share (other than with the third parties stated above) or sell any personal information that we hold.
Personal information will be held for as long as someone is signed up to our mailing list. If you choose to opt out of our mailing list we will delete all personal information that was previously held.

Photographs, Videos & Artwork
We often take photographs and videos during all our events and courses. We may use these on our website, on our social media, www.facebook.com/oldmillpalnackie or Instagram @theoldmill_palnackie and in promotional material. This is the same for any artwork that is created during any event or course. If you would prefer for us not use these materials please inform us beforehand or during the workshop.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking we will refund you 100% of your overall payment if you cancel 4 weeks before the start date of the workshop you wish to cancel. We will refund you 50% of your overall payment if you cancel less than 4 weeks before the start date of the workshop you wish to cancel, or arrange a rescheduling onto another course where possible. If you cancel less than 1 week before the start date of the workshop you wish to cancel we will retain 100% of your payment or arrange a rescheduling onto another course where possible.
